Backgrounds

_- _{By default, all commissions will be given a white background.}
_- _{Simplistic background such as lines, text or shape or fill}
_- _{Forgive me for my lack of background knowledge}
_- _{I will try to make backgrounds available in the future}

Things to include

_- _{Please let me know the type of commission you need.}
_- _{If it is a fan art, let me know the characters details & source.}
_- _{Provide reference of the character you would like me to draw.}
_- _{Outfit, Pose, Expression or other additional details [OPTIONAL].}

_{By purchasing any artwork from me,}
_{you are stating that you have properly read and}
_{agreed to the following conditions.}

General Terms
^{- Before commissioning me please prepare a detailed reference for the character / concept that you want me to draw.}
^{- If you do not have a reference, please provide me a detailed description before i start working on the commission.}
^{- I will only accept major changes of the commission during the sketch phase.}
^{- Small changes are fine but please do keep it minimal.}
^{- Prices are final and non-negotiable. Please do not ask for discounts after the invoice has been sent.}

Payment Policy & Refunds
^{- All payments will be made through PayPal .}
^{- Payments are strictly up front. I will send the invoice to your PayPal.}
^{- Commercial use fee is double the price of the base commission (Please let me know in advance).}
^{- Payment as installment are not allow.}
^{- Refunds are strictly not allowed once i started working on the commission.}
^{- However, if for any reason i am unable to start your commission, i will allow a full refund.}

Process & Delivery
^{- The time taken for the commission to be complete may vary depending on the amount of commissions and it's complexity.}
^{- Personal work too might affect the time for the commission to finish .}
^{- Estimated time for a commission to complete should take around a week or up to a month or two.}
^{- I will send the finished commission through email (Google Drive Link).}

Copyright & Usage
^{- I retain the rights to publish any of my commissioned works on my portfolios and socials.}
^{- I retain the right to decline any commission for any reason.}

^{- You shall NOT make profits from the commissioned pieces (Reselling, redistributing, sell prints, etc).}
^{- You shall NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.}
^{- You should NOT claim the artwork as your own.}
